Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Thursday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Finolex Cables(14.89%), 52 Weeks Entertainment(14.10%), SRG Housing Fin(12.57%), Honasa Consumer(12.52%), Crane Infrastructure(12.28%), Udayshivakumar Infra(10.62%), B&B Triplewall Containers(10.56%), Mohit Paper Mil(10.45%), Sanghvi Movers(10.37%) and Veljan Denison(10.16%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 32.11 points down at 76138.97, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 13.85 points down at 23031.4.


In the Nifty 50 index, 25 stocks ended in the green, while 25 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Solitaire Mach, Gowra Leasing, RDB Real Estate Cons, Redington and Muthoot Finance hit their fresh 52-week high, while Albert David, Duncan Engineering, Swelect Energy, Mangalam Industrial and W S Industries touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
