Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Greenlam Ind(12.50%), Palm Jewels(11.72%), Amines Plastic(11.38%), Maral Overseas(10.84%), Kinetic Engg(10.55%), Shiva Texyarn(10.28%) and Manugraph India(10.24%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 1235.08 points down at 75838.36, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 320.1 points at 23024.65.


In the Nifty 50 index, 8 stocks ended in the green, while 42 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Palm Jewels, P G Foils, Kerala Ayurveda, Bodhtree Consult and Hilltone Soft&Gases hit their fresh 52-week high, while India Infra Trust, Lakshmi Electr, Strides Shasun, DAM Capital Advisors and Jai Balaji Inds touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
