NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the on Monday.
These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Chartered Cap(13.83%), Gian Life Care(13.45%), IGC Industries(12.12%), Nirmitee Robotics(11.11%), Spenta Intnl(10.27%) and Jasch Ind(10.09%).
The 30-share Sensex ended 941.88 points down at 78782.24, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 309.0 points at 23995.35.
In the Nifty 50 index, 8 stocks ended in the green, while 42 stocks closed in the red.
Meanwhile, stocks such as Shree Metalloys, Gravity(India), Shree Rama Multi, Chartered Cap and IGC Industries hit their fresh 52-week high, while Manjeera Const, Trijal Inds., BLS Infotech, Deepak Builders & En and Purple Finance touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
