Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 15% on BSE

In the Nifty50 index, 13 stocks were trading in the green, while 37 stocks were in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

W H Brady(up 20.0%), Nitta Gelatin(up 19.99%), Premier Capital Services Ltd.(up 19.96%), P H Capital(up 19.95%) and Sellwin Traders Ltd.(up 19.62%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 436.79 points down at 60596.76, while the 50-share index, NSE was 124.1 points down at 18032.9.


In the Nifty50 index, 13 stocks traded in the green, while 37 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Nitta Gelatin, Linc Pen Plast, Refex Industries, Batliboi and Gloster hit their fresh 52-week high, while Everest Kanto, Team Lease Service, Quess Corp, CLC Industries and Renaissance Global touched their new 52-week low during the session.
