Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 15% on BSE

In the Nifty50 index, 8 stocks were trading in the green, while 42 stocks were in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shreenath Invest(up 50.00%), Triumph International Finance India Ltd.(up 50.00%), Shakti Press Ltd.(up 15.91%) and Futuristic Sol(up 15.16%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 393.62 points down at 75603.24, while the 50-share index, NSE was 136.8 points down at 22822.7.


In the Nifty50 index, 8 stocks traded in the green, while 42 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Shreenath Invest, Norben Tea Exp, Dhanlaxmi Cotex, Sunil Ind and Aris Intnl hit their fresh 52-week high, while Suratwwala Business, Kiduja India, Goodluck India, Wall Street Fin and Lancor Holdings touched their new 52-week low during the session.
