Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

In the Nifty 50 index, 28 stocks were trading in the green, while 21 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Wednesday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, HUDCO(11.69%), Bhandari Hosiery(11.51%), Swasti Vinayaka(10.78%) and Fraser & Company(10.04%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 9.03 points down at 62672.81, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 4.85 points to 18622.9.


In the Nifty 50 index, 28 stocks traded in the green, while 21 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as HUDCO, RRIL, Kaycee Ind, MPS Ltd and Manomay Tex India hit their fresh 52-week high, while Dhruv Wellness, Chordia Food, Welcure Drugs, Fundviser Cap and Pace E-Commerce Ventures Ltd. touched their new 52-week low in trade.
