Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Friday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Premier Capital Services Ltd.(14.11%) and Intec Capital(11.72%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 1045.6 points down at 51495.79, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 72.45 points to 15288.15.


In the Nifty 50 index, 17 stocks traded in the green, while 33 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Ranjeet Mechatronics, Marathon Nextgen, Galactico Corporate, Gallops Enterprise Ltd. and Sreechem Resins hit their fresh 52-week high, while BCPL Railway Infra, Sagar Cements, CMI Ltd, Arshiya and Machino Plastic touched their new 52-week low in trade.
