Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Tuesday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Shiva Global(14.79%), Shriram Properties Ltd.(14.33%), Dhampur Sugar(13.95%), Pioneer Invest(12.43%), FIEM Industries(11.64%) and Sree Rayalaseema(10.52%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 84.78 points down at 55840.96, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 10.35 points to 16651.05.


In the Nifty 50 index, 34 stocks traded in the green, while 15 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Voltamp Trans, Fine Organic Ind., Abhinav Capital, Galactico Corporate and Gorani Ind hit their fresh 52-week high, while Kkalpana lndustries, SVP Global, Dynemic Product, Subex and HCKK Ventures touched their new 52-week low in trade.
