Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

In the Nifty 50 index, 25 stocks were trading in the green, while 24 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Friday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, MSP Steel(14.19%), Anjani Finance(13.93%), Everest Ind(13.03%), Nxtdigital(12.75%), Speciality Rest(12.67%), Advait Infratech(11.36%) and IVP Ltd(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 26.34 points down at 57865.67, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 9.9 points to 17294.7.


In the Nifty 50 index, 25 stocks traded in the green, while 24 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as MRP Agro Ltd., Pro Fin Capital, Times Guaranty, Everest Ind and Speciality Rest hit their fresh 52-week high, while Brandbucket Media & Technology Ltd., Motherson Sumi, CarTrade Tech, Ujjivan Financial and P&G Health touched their new 52-week low in trade.
