Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Thursday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, GTL Infra(14.83%), Advait Infratech(13.62%), Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles(13.07%), Sonal Adhesives(12.81%), Expleo Solutions(11.35%), Udayshivakumar Infra(11.01%), Sterlite Tech(10.70%), Bhaskar Agro(10.44%), Tilaknagar Ind(10.10%) and Tanla Platforms(10.06%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 127.68 points down at 82387.46, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 34.46 points to 25106.95.


In the Nifty 50 index, 19 stocks traded in the green, while 31 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Fundviser Cap, Suven Life Sci, Indokem Ltd, Sugal Damani and Addi Industries hit their fresh 52-week high, while Softsol India, Pulsar International, Salguti Industries, Digitide Solutions Ltd. and Archana Software touched their new 52-week low in trade.
