Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

In the Nifty 50 index, 21 stocks were trading in the green, while 29 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Tuesday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, NDTV(14.73%), ETT Ltd(13.18%), Kreon Financial(12.99%), Ace Men Engg Works(12.75%), Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem(11.92%), Ceeta Ind(10.55%), Reliable Data Services(10.22%), Pfizer(10.19%), Ecos(India)Mobilit(10.19%) and Sainik Finance(10.09%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 191.48 points down at 81867.94, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 53.3 points to 24892.15.


In the Nifty 50 index, 21 stocks traded in the green, while 29 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Stampede Cap(DVR), Timex Group, Kilitch Drug, ASM Tech and Resonance Spec hit their fresh 52-week high, while Sybly Ind, Dynamic Port, Money Masters, Nam Securities and Jai Balaji Inds touched their new 52-week low in trade.
