Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the on Monday amid in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Pearl Polymers(14.42%), Yasho Industries(13.49%), Fairchem Organics(12.55%), Balaji Telefilms(12.43%), Chartered Log(12.23%), Harrisons Malayalam(11.91%), Bajaj Healthcare(10.91%), Cosmo Films(10.89%), Saraswati Saree Depo(10.88%) and Mafatlal Ind(10.69%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 122.76 points down at 82010.36, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 31.25 points to 24737.05.


In the Nifty 50 index, 19 stocks traded in the green, while 31 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Donear Ind, Chartered Log, Harrisons Malayalam, Bajaj Healthcare and Apoorva Leasing Finance hit their fresh 52-week high, while Odigma Consultancy, Coffee Day Ent, Rajnish Wellness, Sanwaria Consumer and Grandma Trading touched their new 52-week low in trade.
