Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

In the Nifty 50 index, 30 stocks were trading in the green, while 20 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the on Wednesday amid in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, K&R Rail Engineering(14.10%), Ashapura Minechem(13.67%), Capri Global(13.44%), Taylormade Renewable(12.90%), Jain Irrigation(12.02%), Precision Camshaft(12.01%), Pritish Nandy(11.70%), Master Trust(11.61%), T T Ltd(11.44%) and Rishi Techtex(11.13%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 55.98 points down at 80313.05, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 19.4 points to 24447.45.


In the Nifty 50 index, 30 stocks traded in the green, while 20 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Baba Arts, Shreyas Intermediates, Jagsonpal Pharm, Gala Precision Engin and Poly Medicure hit their fresh 52-week high, while Shankar Lal Rampal, OCCL Ltd., Evergreen Textiles, Gautam Gems and Cressanda Sol touched their new 52-week low in trade.
