Pidilite Ind shares gain 1.56% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Pidilite Industries Ltd. traded at Rs 3120.4 on BSE at 11:47AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 1.56 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2293.1 and a high of Rs 3244.65.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 90.29 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 34.0 per share and 18.24 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 2,788 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:47AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 156143.07 crore and is part of the Diversified industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 19.56 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 18.97 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 3133.05 and Rs 3065.2.

Promoters held 68.58 per cent in the company as of 30-Jun-2024. FII and MF ownership in Pidilite Industries Ltd. stood at 11.58 per cent and 3.55 per cent, respectively.
