Pidilite Ind shares drop 0.37% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Pidilite Industries Ltd. traded at Rs 2479.95 on BSE at 01:39PM (IST) on Thursday, down 0.37 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2250.85 and a high of Rs 2796.15.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 90.76 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 27.3 per share and 16.59 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 6,283 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:39PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 125960.34 crore and is part of the Diversified industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 6.58 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 14.22 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 2495.0 and Rs 2473.7.

Promoters held 69.38 per cent in the company as of 30-Jun-2023. FII and MF ownership in Pidilite Industries Ltd. stood at 11.34 per cent and 3.88 per cent, respectively.
