PI Industries shares gain 0.88% as Sensex rises

Shares of the PI Industries Ltd. traded at Rs 3711.0 on BSE at 10:15AM (IST) on Thursday, up 0.88 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2443.9 and a high of Rs 3825.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 46.09 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 81.05 per share and 6.39 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 12,437 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:15AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 56668.99 crore and is part of the Pesticides/Agro Chem industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 42.89 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 14.19 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 3825.0 and Rs 3704.5.

Promoters held 46.01 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2023. FII and MF ownership in PI Industries Ltd. stood at 18.59 per cent and 16.4 per cent, respectively.
