PI Industries shares gain 0.55% as Sensex falls

Shares of the PI Industries Ltd. traded at Rs 3816.0 on BSE at 11:32AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 0.55 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2997.05 and a high of Rs 4032.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 36.39 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 104.97 per share and 6.39 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 1,086 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:32AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 57951.77 crore and is part of the Pesticides/Agro Chem industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 25.91 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 22.05 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 3832.0 and Rs 3760.0.

Promoters held 46.09 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2023. FII and MF ownership in PI Industries Ltd. stood at 20.41 per cent and 16.36 per cent, respectively.
