PI Industries shares drop 1.09% as Sensex falls

Shares of the PI Industries Ltd. traded at Rs 3601.9 on BSE at 12:08PM (IST) on Wednesday, down 1.09 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2870.0 and a high of Rs 4010.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 34.31 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 104.97 per share and 6.39 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 5,441 shares changed hands on the counter till 12:08PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 54644.31 crore and is part of the Pesticides/Agro Chem industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 19.5 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 23.19 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 3653.7 and Rs 3593.0.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 46.09 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2023. FII and MF ownership in PI Industries Ltd. stood at 20.41 per cent and 16.36 per cent, respectively.
