ICICI Pru Life shares gain 3.75% as Sensex rises

Shares of the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. traded at Rs 466.5 on BSE at 10:40AM (IST) on Thursday, up 3.75 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 411.0 and a high of Rs 724.5.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 104.79 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 4.42 per share and 5.28 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 44,553 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:40AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 66524.83 crore and is part of the Insurance - Life industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 3.66 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 14.09 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 467.0 and Rs 459.05.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 51.32 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2021. FII and MF ownership in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. stood at 16.92 per cent and 3.64 per cent, respectively.
