ICICI Pru Life shares gain 1.31% as Sensex rises

Shares of the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. traded at Rs 541.75 on BSE at 10:25AM (IST) on Wednesday, up 1.31 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 430.0 and a high of Rs 724.5.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 122.41 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 4.42 per share and 5.28 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 17,848 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:25AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 77707.95 crore and is part of the Insurance - Life industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 17.96 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 19.24 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 543.25 and Rs 531.15.

Promoters held 51.32 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2022. FII and MF ownership in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. stood at 16.35 per cent and 4.04 per cent, respectively.
