ICICI Pru Life shares gain 0.81% as Sensex falls

Shares of the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. traded at Rs 574.95 on BSE at 10:51AM (IST) on Wednesday, up 0.81 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 411.0 and a high of Rs 724.5.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 131.95 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 4.36 per share and 5.28 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 16,375 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:51AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 82749.44 crore and is part of the Insurance - Life industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 13.31 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 31.39 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 580.0 and Rs 569.5.

Promoters held 51.33 per cent in the company as of 30-Sep-2021. FII and MF ownership in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. stood at 17.17 per cent and 3.5 per cent, respectively.
