Havells India shares gain 1.95% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Havells India Ltd. traded at Rs 1922.8 on BSE at 10:35AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 1.95 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1233.1 and a high of Rs 1986.55.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 94.9 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 20.28 per share and 12.75 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 9,594 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:35AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 120595.75 crore and is part of the Electronics/Electricals industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 42.81 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 27.89 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1928.5 and Rs 1880.0.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 59.43 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2024. FII and MF ownership in Havells India Ltd. stood at 24.83 per cent and 3.57 per cent, respectively.
