Havells India shares gain 0.63% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Havells India Ltd. traded at Rs 1327.55 on BSE at 11:16AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 0.63 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1092.0 and a high of Rs 1408.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 74.68 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 17.8 per share and 11.24 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 4,603 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:16AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 83316.35 crore and is part of the Electronics/Electricals industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 1.75 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 12.8 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1341.9 and Rs 1320.3.

Promoters held 59.43 per cent in the company as of 30-Jun-2023. FII and MF ownership in Havells India Ltd. stood at 23.78 per cent and 3.47 per cent, respectively.
