Concor shares up 0.97% as Nifty gains

NEW DELHI: Shares of Container Corporation of India Ltd. traded 0.97 per cent up in Wednesday's trade at 11:16AM (IST). Around 7,827 shares changed hands on the counter.

The stock opened at Rs 650.0 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 665.8 and Rs 650.0, respectively, in the session so far. Shares of the company of Container Corporation of India Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 754.1 and a 52-week low of Rs 450.5.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1994.18 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2021, up 4.94 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 1900.28 crore and up 8.26 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 1842.11 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 284.61 crore, up 21.49 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

As of 31-Dec-2021, DIIs held 11.41 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 24.85 per cent and the promoters 54.8 per cent.
