NEW DELHI: Shares of Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Ltd. traded 0.37 per cent down in Monday's trade at 11:26AM (IST). Around 19,197 shares changed hands on the counter.

The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 2557.46 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2021, up 2.43 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 2496.71 crore and up 1.47 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 2520.48 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 527.71 crore, up 28.78 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.

As of 31-Mar-2022, DIIs held 19.54 per cent stake in the company, while foreign institutional investors held 17.61 per cent and the promoters 51.4 per cent.
