Adani Ent. shares rise 1.46% as Sensex slides

Shares of the Adani Enterprises Ltd. traded at Rs 3607.95 on BSE at 10:46AM (IST) on Wednesday, up 1.46 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1344.6 and a high of Rs 3611.0.

Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap down opening in the morning.


A total of 63,802 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 10:46AM (IST).

The stock of Adani Enterprises Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 411078.7 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 421.81, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 10.26. Return on equity (ROE) was at 3.59 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 161 stocks traded in the green, while 340 stocks were in the red.

Promotor Holding
Promoters held 74.92 per cent in the Adani Enterprises Ltd. as of 31-Mar-2022 while overseas and domestic institutional investors owned 16.62 per cent and 5.69 per cent, respectively.
