Adani Ent. shares rise 0.04% as Sensex slides

Shares of the Adani Enterprises Ltd. traded at Rs 2712.65 on BSE at 11:42AM (IST) on Thursday, up 0.04 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1344.6 and a high of Rs 2743.8.

Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap up opening in the morning.


A total of 26,838 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 11:42AM (IST).

The stock of Adani Enterprises Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 308746.5 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 397.58, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 10.26. Return on equity (ROE) was at 3.59 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 151 stocks traded in the green, while 350 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 74.92 per cent in the Adani Enterprises Ltd. as of 31-Mar-2022 while foreign portfolio investors and domestic institutional investors owned 16.62 per cent and 5.69 per cent, respectively.
