Would advise to sell realty stocks: Ambareesh Baliga

ET Now spoke to Ambareesh Baliga, VP, Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, on his views on the realty sector.

Would you take a re-look at realty at all?

Not yet because looking at the realty at the ground level, we feel that most of the prices are in fact artificially up, cannot really remain at these levels for too long. Inventory build-up is still very high if you are looking at NCR. Looking at some cities in the south, it seems quite high, so in fact even at these levels, I would suggest it is a sell because we have seen an extremely good bounce back from the lower levels, so people should get out at this point of time.
