Within apparel space we like Shopper's Stop with a target price of Rs 430: Pankaj Pandey

In a chat with ET Now, Pankaj Pandey, Head Research, ICICIdirect.com shares his views on the Trent and Shoppers Stop. Excerpts:

ET Now: With the Tesco news on Trent, the stock was active yesterday. Do you think it can do more?

Pankaj Pandey: We do not have a coverage on Trent, but within the apparel space we like Shopper's Stop with a target price of Rs 430. We do not expect significant improvement in numbers for the next one or two years. So same store growth is likely to be in the range of 7-8% odd, which is why we do not expect much from a short term or a medium term perspective, but from a longer term perspective or an opportunity basis, one can look at these stocks.
