With Power Grid, investors looking at power sector again: Pashupati Advani

In an interview with ET Now, Pashupati Advani, Nirmal Bang Institutional Equities, shares his views on the Power Grid FPO. Excerpts:

ET Now: What explains the price action in Power Grid?

Pashupati Advani: Power Grid is a decent company that makes money; people are beginning to look at the power sector again. This is a chance to get a big offering of shares, if you are interested in this sector.

If you were trying to buy Power Grid in the market three months ago, it was tough, whereas in the FPO, you are going to have a chance to buy some stocks.

Indian institutions would be slightly more aggressive, because they want to make sure that the FPO gets done and there is a whole slew of them still to come.
