Wipro is an attractive bet as margins may improve by 100-200 bps: Vinay Khattar

In a chat with ET Now, Vinay Khattar, Head of Research (Individual Client Research), Edelweiss Financial Services, shares his views on Wipro.

ET Now: What makes you bullish on Wipro, hopes of a turnaround or attractive valuations?

Vinay Khattar: It is a combination of both our sense is that the client traction and the new bids that the company is going for, the new clients that the company is going for as well as the restructuring that has happened in the last few quarters is makes Wipro an attractive bet.

A second bet is that the margins could definitely improve by about 100 to 200 bps from where they are currently over next few quarters and the third being the valuation of the particular stock makes it an attractive bet within the large cap IT space.
