Wait and watch for BHEL: Gopinath Natarajan

ET Now: What is your call on BHEL?

Gopinath Natarajan: Overall on the capital goods space like infrastructure, capital goods and real estate, we are not positive at this point of time. The main reason is that we see the overall operating environment pretty challenging. So at this point of time this whole space we are not looking at very aggressively. That does not mean that we would never look at it.

Once in the operating environment, there is some positive change, we will start looking at this space but currently this is a space we are underweight on. Not really sure if to buy even though valuations might look historically attractive. However, given the challenges on ground, it would make sense for one to wait for things to clear and then take a look at these stocks.
