Very confident on McLeod Russel and Jain Irrigation: Centrum Wealth Managers Ltd

Is there anything that you would be recommending to clients at this point of time in the madcap space?
Definitely, quite a few stocks if you ask me. From the results angle, I am very confident on two companies. One is Jain Irrigation and with a lot of conviction, I am saying this company is going to beat market estimates. I personally see a 37-40% year-on-year growth coming in this particular company. They have so far not announced the date for the board meeting but this is an interesting company and an interesting stock to watch out for.
I have always been positive on tea for quite sometime and I have remained positive on tea. The best pick in this sector is McLeod Russel. McLeod at 245-250 is a screaming buy and we have a target of about 320 for this particular stock.
Among others, we like companies like BF Utilities and may be a BGR Energy, Hindustan Oil Exploration. There are a whole lot of interesting stocks in the mid-cap space where there is money to be made according to me. It is a question of time. So that’s what I was telling in the beginning and that’s exactly what we are telling our clients: If you have money, if you are ready for some waiting game herein - because if the market comes down for some reason, these stocks also could take a breather and could react a little bit - ultimately the targets are going to be achieved. That’s why my confidence is on Jain Irrigation and McLeod Russel virtually stand out.
