UPL unlikely to hit Rs 1000 in near short-term: Sandip Sabharwal
I cannot say whether it will happen in one year but it will be 1000 sometime not in the distant future, says Sandip Sabharwal.

ET Now: United Phosphorus Limited was at Rs 170 two years ago, now it is north of Rs 600, can UPL be a Rs 1000 stock in next one year?
Sandip Sabharwal: I cannot say whether it will happen in one year but it will be 1000 sometime not in the distant future because the way the growth trajectory is there, the way they have handled their business or the way they have improved the entire balance sheet suggests that they are focussed on deleveraging the balance sheet and improving the working capital, so there are lot of things which have worked for them. The stock is till the cheapest I believe in the Indian agrochemical space where we have seen much smaller companies with much inferior business model trade at higher valuations.
