Unitech may see more downside: Deepak Mohoni

Possibly more downside but it is all going to really depend on the market. The news has probably been absorbed unless more and more development starts tumbling out but otherwise real estate is not doing very well.

Of course since the bear market began, the stock is doing even worse because of the reasons we know but if you look at real estate, it is getting a little interesting. DLF was the biggest gainer among the Sensex stocks. So it is not really a real estate hammering anymore which is hitting the stock.
