Underweight power space hugely linked to policy changes: Pramerica MF

In a chat with ET Now, Vijai Mantri, MD & CEO, Pramerica MF, shares his views on the power space. Excerpt:

ET Now: How are you feeling about the powers space?

Vijai Mantri: We are currently underweight on power sector. We do not know what would Aam Aadmi Party would do as far as power companies in Delhi are concerned. Hence, we need to wait and watch. There has been some noise being made about policy changes but we need to wait and see.

We are comfortable sacrificing 5 per cent of 20 per cent of the gain and wait for the clarity to emerge as power is very hugely linked to what happen on the policy front.
