Traders’ favourite is probably McLeod Russel: Deepak Mohoni

In a chat with ET now, Deepak Mohoni, Director, trendwatchindia.com, talks about tea stocks.

ET Now: What is the call on tea stocks?

Deepak Mohoni: Jay Shree for example had a very good run up at the end of 2008 to the middle of 2009 but after that, it has been more or less sideways around the Rs 175 price goes up and down from that 10-12% each way. So from the longer term perspective, it is flattish now. This current bull market has had a reasonably good start and has been correcting. So this could be as good a proxy as any for playing tea stocks for a few months though traders’ favourite is probably McLeod Russel.
