Technically positive on SBI: Sanjeev Agarwal

"Any declines I would like to take long on that rather than going short."

Sanjeev Agarwal, Director, Dynamix Research and Capital Management in an interview with ET Now talks about SBI.

From the banking arena big expectations from State Bank of India. Would you take a play before the results?

See if you look technically this stock has given breakout yesterday and very strong move even in a sideways market. So technically I will like to play on the up. Any declines I would like to take long on that rather than going short in these stocks and right now the momentum is so strong that we are seeing the correction is more of a volatile nature or a sideways nature so definitely I do not see any point in going short at these levels because overall the structure remains positive. Fundamentally nobody knows like how the results are going to be. Everybody is giving his take or his conjecture on that. Technically I would like to be positive on that.
