Tech Mahindra, Patni Computers good in mid-cap IT space: P Phani Sekhar

Anything that you like in mid-cap IT?

One company that I like is Tech Mahindra. Apart from that, Patni Computers looks extremely interesting because the company has gone through a complete turnaround in the last one-and-a-half years but the valuations still are extremely undemanding at around 10 times current calendar year earnings and if you look at the earnings trajectory, it is somewhere around 16-18% considering forex fluctuations as well, although there might be one or two quarters of volatility but on the whole, this is one outperformer, which we think the investors should look at very carefully.
