TCS, Tech Mahindra among IT space part of our top holdings: Motilal Oswal AMC

In a chat with ET Now, Taher Badshah, Senior Vice President & Co-Head Equities, Motilal Oswal AMC, shares his views on the IT space and top holdings. Excerpt:

ET Now: What is your top three holdings?

Taher Badshah: We have got a large exposure on the IT sector and the top three holdings actually happened to be from that sector. Hence, we have got TCS and Tech Mahindra which are our top two holdings, followed by some of the midcaps such as Page Industries, Bata and Concor.

They are all stories with where we believe the growth prospects are reasonable and we are looking for continuity of growth.

We see visibility of growth not just in the next couple of quarters but even beyond for a longer term and that makes them unique despite the fact that they have done pretty well in the recent past.
