Tapering unlikely to happen till April-May: Pashupati Advani

In an interview with ET Now, Pashupati Advani, Nirmal Bang Institutional Equities, shares his views on the market and the economy. Excerpts:

ET Now: Do you think it is the taper uncertainty, which is holding the market back?

Pashupati Advani: I do not believe that the tapering is likely to happen, but the fact is that everyone is concerned that the US could pull the plug. I feel that Janet Yellen has to get into the job in January and then take over and it probably would not happen till April or May.
