Taj GVK Hotels stock stands out in the hotel space: Centrum Wealth Managers Ltd

We have been seeing a lot of activity in the hotel space today in fact since yesterday many of these counters have been buzzing a Taj GVK, Hotel Leela, Viceroy Hotels all up close to 5% in trade today. If this is a space that you track what are the prospects going forward?

When I took an independent look which is just last week and in the real stock which stands out in the space is Taj GVK Hotels. I think if one understands as to how the hotel sector works, I think you have your hotels and place where they start giving you returns, returns take their own time to come. So if you look at Taj GVK balance sheet then you find the way that the company has grown over the last two-three years. I think returns will start flowing in without any further stress on the balance sheet. So from that angle alone we like Taj GVK and that actually stands out in the entire space.
