Is there any particular reason to go with the Suzlon in this kind of market?

I would say not. At best it may have some short-term rallies now and then. Perhaps the setup for a short-term rally is building up now but as a long-term investment, it is going to be quite a while before the stock starts looking attractive. It is one of the biggest underperformers right now and that too in a bull market, which is not pretty good at all.
