Sun Pharma in for some more pain in next few quarters: Madhusudan Sarda

In a chat with ET Now, Madhusudan Sarda, Managing Partner, Vallum Capital Advisors Private Ltd, talks about how would the integtartion of Ranbaxy would influence Sun Pharma in the quarters to come. The drug maker on Friday reported 44 per cent fall in the March quarter net profit.

ET Now: What will happen to Sun Pharma in FY16 because of the Ranbaxy integration?

Madhusudan Sarda: The way both the companies have structured themselves, before the deal, make us believe that they should be able to integrate things within 9 months to 12 months. There could be a little bit of pain for couple of quarters, before things should start to look very well.
