Stimulus withdrawal might not augur well the commodity space: Dalton Capital Advisors

UR Bhat, MD, Dalton Capital Advisors, in a chat with ET Now talks about the metal space.

Does metal pack look a little risky right now?

One needs to factor in the economic stimulus packages that have been given all around the world. They are all on the verge of being withdrawn gradually. There is some amount of tightening that is happening.

So therefore, it’s not as if the demand for these commodities will continue uninterrupted forever. So two measures, one is the tightening up in China and also the gradual withdrawal of stimulus measures elsewhere in the world might actually not augur very well for the commodity space. So one needs to keep a close watch on that.
