Still some upside expected in Coal India: Sanjeev Agarwal

"See looking at the listing and appetite of the foreign institutional investor I feel there may be a little upside on the kind of premium it had commanded."

Sanjeev Agarwal, Director, Dynamix Research and Capital Management in an interview with ET Now talks about Coal India.

A big big listing there a milestone event so to speak today in the IPO market. What is the sense? Do you agree with the majority of the analyst community which says start booking profits in excess of 315 or do you still see a lot of steam left in Coal India?

See looking at the listing and appetite of the foreign institutional investor I feel there may be a little upside on the kind of premium it had commanded. Even in the grey market it has opened much above that.

The total rally which we have still has some steam left in a sense. We are expecting 22700 levels by December or January first week and that should be basic reason that one should hold these stocks for right now and you are liking to get a higher level on these.
