Sterlite can do better as a stock: Ashwani Gujral, Market Strategist

What is your view on Sterlite and NMDC on the charts?

Sterlite seems to be more interesting. Copper is at fresh highs and if Sterlite is able to solve its problems, probably it will do better as a stock. So closer to say about 160-165, it becomes an excellent buy. Buy it with a stop of about 155 and targets of 195-196 in a better market are easily possible.

NMDC and all of these government stocks - Power Grid, NMDC, NTPC - do not seem to move. So it is very difficult to comment on them. It still is in a range of 255 to about 295, nothing significant is happening here for long time.
