Deven Choksey, MD, KR Choksey Securities, in a chat with ET Now talks about the commercial heavy vehicle segment.

If one owns 35 shares of Ashok Leyland purchased at Rs 55 a share, what should he do?

He should stay invested because the growth in this particular segment of commercial vehicle is continuing plus Ashok Leyland has also tied up now in a JV with Nissan for medium and commercial heavy vehicle segment which is also going to fructify in next two years or so.

So from that perspective, the company is simply well placed. No, I would prefer that and since he is invested, I am asking to hold onto but otherwise I would prefer for a fresh buyer to get into a company like Tata Motors which offers much better visibility on the volume front because of product portfolio that they command. So my choice will be Tata Motors but if person is invested, so you stay invested and take an exit at a higher price.
