Stay away from sugar stocks: Mehrab Irani

ET Now: What is your call on sugar space?

Mehrab Irani: I would stay away from the sugar space because I think government intervention is too much into that sector. Yes, already some kind of positive news spikes keeping coming now and then but overall I think the policy is not favourable and the government is not consistent with its policy in the sugar sector, so I would stay away from an investment point of view.
