Would you recommend staying away from the ADAG basket?

Yes unless you are aggressive trader and you believe that short covering may take it higher. At higher levels, there are enough people who may be still holding those stocks and who may use the opportunity to get out but all stocks have pullback rallies and so will ADAG. But much more evidence is needed for you to actually confirm a change in trend in those stocks.
